About Dear Claus
What Dear Claus makes
Dear Claus is an independent workshop run by one person. It makes personalized letters from Santa — written for each child's name, age and year — with a matching North Pole envelope and extras like the Nice List certificate. Each set arrives as a printable PDF, for one child or for several.
How you get it
Nothing ships. The PDFs download the moment checkout finishes, so a letter can be on your printer the same night — at home or anywhere else. Dear Claus sells worldwide.
Payments, refunds and support
Checkout and payments are handled by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Every purchase carries a 14-day refund promise. If something isn't right, email support@dearclaus.com — the one support channel, read by the person who built the site.

Dear Claus also keeps a shop on Etsy and shares ideas and printables on Pinterest.
