The service
Dear Claus sells personalized, printable PDF letters and extras from Santa. After payment you can download everything right away from your order page, which stays open in your browser.
Who you're buying from
Dear Claus is run by an individual based in Texas, USA. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as our Merchant of Record — it handles the payment, the taxes and your receipt.
Who can buy
This site is for adults. We don't offer accounts for children and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
What you may do with the files
The files are digital goods for your own personal, non-commercial use. Print as many copies as you like for your own household. Don't resell them or republish them.
Refunds
If it doesn't make them smile, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you — see the Refund Policy for details.
Changes
