North Pole envelope template to print

The envelope is half the trick. A letter from Santa that arrives in a plain white DL loses something in the hallway; the same letter in a kraft North Pole envelope, addressed by the workshop, stamped and wax-sealed, gets carried into the house with two hands. This page's button opens the wizard with the envelope preview already open, your child's name and address printed on it.

Santa Claus
The North Pole
North Pole,
December 2026

Dear Mia,

Ho ho ho, from the coziest place on Earth! The workshop smells like pine shavings and cinnamon today. The elves are building, painting and wrapping, and they won’t stop singing while they do it. The snow outside is stacked so deep it squeaks when you walk on it. Mrs. Claus asked me to tell you that the cocoa pot down here has your name scratched into the handle. She swears it’s true.

You have a way of making the people around you glad it’s December. That is rarer than you think. Somehow you make ordinary days feel like small celebrations. Nobody teaches that; it’s a talent. I asked Mrs. Claus what to write to you this year. She said to keep it simple: you are wonderful, and everybody knows it.

Have a wonderful Christmas with your family. I’ll be thinking of you somewhere over the rooftops.

P.S. Remember: lights on, stockings out, and off to bed early. The sleigh runs on schedule, and I’d hate to wake anyone.

With love and a sleigh-bell ring,
Santa Claus

What's printed on it

The full North Pole address block in the corner ('Santa's Workshop, Ice Cap Circle, NP-000'), your child's name and house line as the delivery address, a North Pole 'postage' stamp, and the wax seal with Santa's initial. It prints on the same sheet system as the letter — no special envelope stock, no templates to trace, no buying anything.

How the mailing trick works

Print the envelope, fold the letter in thirds, and slip it inside; then either place it by the fireplace 'just delivered', or do it properly: put the whole thing inside a real, stamped, addressed envelope and post it to yourselves or a relative. A second postmark over the North Pole address block makes the delivery story airtight.

The details that sell it

Print at actual size on heavier paper and the envelope holds its shape without glue. If you address siblings, each child gets their own envelope — the workshop doesn't do shared mail, and the look on each face at the doormat is the reason why.

Questions parents ask

Is this a blank template or personalized?

Personalized: the child's name and address, the seal, and the stamp are rendered for your family in the PDF. That's what makes it evidence-grade — a blank template is a craft project, this is mail.

What paper should I print the envelope on?

The heaviest your printer accepts — 90 gsm or more. Fold the letter in thirds and the envelope holds together without glue; a glue stick on the side flaps makes it fully postable.

Can I post it for real?

Yes, and it's the best trick in the book: slip the North Pole envelope inside a real stamped envelope addressed to yourself or a relative, and let the postmark do the forensic work.
